1. Service Description

TeeSnipe monitors golf course booking platforms and sends SMS alerts when tee times matching your preferences become available. We do not guarantee tee time availability or booking success.

2. SMS Messaging

By creating an account and providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from TeeSnipe containing tee time alerts. Message frequency varies based on tee time availability, typically 1-5 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling alerts in your account preferences. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message.

3. Subscription & Billing

TeeSnipe offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the service costs $7/month billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose, to resell tee time information, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

TeeSnipe is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed alerts, incorrect pricing information, or inability to book tee times.
